The Carnegie Free Library of Swissvale, Owner, and the Woodland Hills School District invite sealed lump-sum bids for Prime Contract No. 1, Electrical Construction for ADA Renovations at the Carnegie Free Library of Swissvale, 1800 Monongahela Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15218. ACED Project No. CD 48-3.10.5. This is an occupied, targeted renovation to prepare the building's electrical infrastructure for future installation of a new passenger elevator and various related improvements. Sealed bids, three (3) hard copies, are due Tuesday, November 10, 2026 at 1:00 PM to Kate Grannemann Coluccio, Ph.D., Director, Carnegie Free Library of Swissvale, 1800 Monongahela Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15218, (412) 731-2300. Questions (RFI) must be emailed to the Architect by Friday, November 6, 2026 at 1:00 PM. Anticipated cost is approximately $189,000.
