Sealed proposals will be received at the Purchasing Office, 102 Duff Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15235, and will be publicly opened immediately after in Council Chambers. The Municipality of Penn Hills is seeking proposals for its Demolition Program Package Number 19, covering 11 properties: 290 Hansell Ave, 1242 Blackadore Ave, 1322 Oberlin St, 7229 Lawton St, 7257 Lawton St, 7259 Lawton St, 7258 Schley St, 7265 Schley St, 7282 Schley St, 7309 Schley St, and 7231 Travella Blvd, Pittsburgh / Penn Hills, PA. The program is funded in part by HUD CDBG (FY2025/FY2026), Allegheny County Act 152 Blight Removal, and local funds; Section 3 preference applies. A pre-bid meeting will be held October 22, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Penn Hills Municipal Building, 102 Duff Road, with site visits after; attendance is recommended but not mandatory.
