BID: Steel Rivers COG - CD 52-3.11.3 Dravosburg Borough Safe Neighborhoods Demolition

Steel Rivers Council of Governments is seeking proposals for demolition of three residential structures in Dravosburg Borough: 99 Duquesne Ave, 165 Duquesne Ave, and 511 Ridgeview Dr. Work includes utility disconnections and capping, asbestos abatement, demolition, traffic control, disposal, backfill, compaction, grading and finishing as directed by the engineer. Work must be completed within 30 days. Davis-Bacon wages do not apply. A bid bond equal to 10% of the proposal is required. Bid documents are available through PennBid.
