BID: Sarah Heinz House — Youth OST Programming Enrichment Room Renovations (RFP)

Sarah Heinz House is soliciting proposals/bids for the Youth OST Programming Enrichment Room Renovations construction project, funded in part by Allegheny County. The request for proposals will be released on October 15, 2026 in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. Proposals will be accepted until 9:00 AM on October 26, 2026, and opened thereafter. Trades and supplies include general construction, demolition and selective demolition, carpentry and finish carpentry, hardwood floor refinishing, drywall repair and finishing, plaster repair, interior painting and surface preparation, trim and millwork installation, custom millwork and window bench seating, tile installation, radiator covers (fabrication and installation), fireplace mantel renovations, miscellaneous metal fabrication, minor electrical disconnect/reconnect, and HVAC radiator modifications.
