Sota Construction Services, Inc. is soliciting bids for the North Homewood Apartments Buildings A and B construction project on North Homewood Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15206, Allegheny County. The mixed-use development consists of two buildings on adjacent parcels: Building A is a four-story building with elevator and 31 residential units, with a first-floor community and fitness room and management office; Building B is a three-story walkup (optional elevator) with 12 residential units, a ground-level live/work unit, approximately 2,150 sq ft of retail, and a maintenance shop. The project must comply with Davis-Bacon residential prevailing wages, BABA requirements, RACP key compliance guidelines, and Environmental Act 2 site conditions.
