Manager - Real Estate Services

Pittsburgh Regional Transit is seeking a Manager - Real Estate Services.

Salary: $85,200 - $127,800 per year.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Transportation, Planning or a related field (experience may substitute year-for-year); 7+ years of progressively responsible real estate department/unit management experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of the federal Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act, the Pennsylvania Eminent Domain Code, and applicable real estate and environmental laws; valid Pennsylvania driver's license. Preferred: knowledge of PRT's system and operations, prior Pennsylvania transit or government agency experience, familiarity with Allegheny County real estate filings, PA Notary Public, PA real estate broker's license (or willingness to obtain).
