EOS is building out approximately 41,268 square feet of leased space at Nova Place Tower 2 (100 South Commons, Suite 1100, Pittsburgh, PA 15212) for its headquarters, expanded R&D operations, and increased production of zinc-based long-duration energy storage systems. Package A: Furniture to equip 152 workstations, 49 offices and breakout rooms, and 10 conference rooms. Package B: Demountable walls for three floors of office space.
