Landscape installation crew member

The Landscape Construction Crew Member assists in the installation of residential and commercial landscape projects. This role involves hands-on work with hardscape and softscape features, including grading, planting, irrigation, and construction of landscape elements. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically fit, and enjoys working outdoors as part of a team.

• Assist in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and fences

• Perform grading, trenching, and site preparation

• Install plants, trees, sod, mulch, and soil amendments

• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely (shovels, compactors, saws, etc.)

• Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites

• Follow project plans, safety procedures, and instructions from crew leaders

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

• Work in various weather conditions

Qualifications

• Previous landscape construction or outdoor labor experience preferred (but not required)

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs

• Willingness to learn new skills and follow directions

• Basic knowledge of tools and construction practices is a plus

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-oriented attitude

Work Environment

• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
