The Web Development Manager oversees ACAA’s WordPress websites, handling both front-end and back-end development. This role focuses on optimizing website performance, security, UX, SEO, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and secure WordPress websites.

  • Build custom themes and plugins.

  • Optimize site speed, images, scripts, and apply SEO best practices.

  • Manage backups, updates, and troubleshoot issues.

  • Collaborate with designers and stakeholders.

  • Conduct audits, provide user training, and stay current with web trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.

  • 5+ years as a full-stack WordPress developer with portfolio.

  • Skilled in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress.

  • Familiarity with React.js/Vue.js, SEO, Google Analytics, and GTM.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

  • Valid PA Class C driver’s license (must maintain).
