Subscriptions Customer Service Representative

This is a part-time position as an at-home customer service representative for the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust’s Guest Services Department. The Customer Service Representative will be communicating daily via phone and email with Pittsburgh Cultural Trust subscribers, donors, single-ticket buyers, and visitors to the Cultural District. This position will be responsible for processing Cultural Trust subscriptions and single tickets via phone, mail, and internet as needed.

As this is a remote position, the Customer Service Representative must be able to work independently and be able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. This is primarily Monday through Friday during daylight hours. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential to success in this role.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in customer service and/or ticketing industry required.  Prior experience with a Customer Relationship Management database preferred.
